What is recorded

• Your quote choices, postcode, estimated price, progress through the form and dates and times of activity.
• Basic technical details such as IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the website.
• Your name, contact details, address, notes and uploaded photos only when you enter or submit them.

Why it is used

• To calculate, review and manage the quote or booking you request.
• To identify technical problems, repeated attempts or misuse and keep the service reliable.
• To understand where people leave the quote form and improve confusing screens.

Basic quote analytics and service protection are used for the legitimate interests of operating and improving this small-business service. Submitted information is also used to take steps you request before arranging the cleaning service.

How long it is kept

Unfinished quote-session analytics are automatically kept for no more than 90 days. The owner can delete an unfinished visit sooner from the private Booking Lab. Submitted quotes, bookings, invoices and accounting records are stored separately for the business and legal periods that apply to those records.

Who can see it

Detailed quote-session evidence is restricted to the private Booking Lab owner account. Information is not sold. It may be processed by the hosting and technology services needed to run My Clear Quote and Mellor's Cleaning Services.
